1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a

password. If you use the demo login, no personal account is created and no data is stored beyond your session. Connected Social Accounts. If you choose to connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or TikTok accounts, we store the access tokens provided by those platforms solely to enable post scheduling and publishing on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords. Content You Create. We store post captions, hashtags, scheduled dates, and media files you upload or select from the Content Library so we can publish them at your chosen time. Usage Data. We automatically collect standard log data including your device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns (screens visited, features used). This data is used only to improve the Service and is never sold.

Device Permissions Camera and Microphone. The Big Baseshop app requests access to your

device camera and microphone for the following specific purposes:

• Camera access is used when you choose to capture a photo or record a video directly within the app for use in a social media post.

• Microphone access is used when you record video content with audio inside the app.

• Camera and microphone permissions are entirely optional. You may decline these permissions

and still use all other features of the app.

• We do not access your camera or microphone in the background. These permissions are only

activated when you actively initiate a recording or photo capture.

• No camera or microphone data is transmitted to our servers except as part of media files you

explicitly choose to upload or schedule for posting.

• You may revoke camera and microphone permissions at any time through your device settings

without affecting your ability to use the rest of the app.

4. Data Sharing

Social Media Platforms. When you publish or schedule a post, your caption, media, and selected

hashtags are transmitted to the respective social platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) via their official APIs. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.Service Providers. We use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting and data storage. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us. Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

credential storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
