TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Big Baseshop platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform provides the following services:

AI-generated content tools
Automated content scheduling and posting
Vegas Media Experience, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is posted
You must ensure all content complies with Primerica regulations and applicable Federal Regulations
We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content
5. Automated Posting
By enabling auto-posting, you agree to the following:
You authorize the Platform to post content on your behalf
You assume full responsibility for all content published through automation
The Platform is not responsible for the timing, accuracy, or impact of any posts
6. User Content
You retain ownership of your content
By posting, you grant Vegas Media Experience, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
You agree NOT to post any of the following:
Illegal content
Defamatory or harmful content
Copyrighted material without permission
Fraudulent or misleading information
Hate speech, threats, or violence
Non-compliant content as defined by Primerica, FINRA, and the SEC
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
Remove content at any time
Suspend or ban users
Report illegal activity to authorities
We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform
Use bots or automation outside of approved features
Impersonate other individuals or organizations

10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Vegas Media Experience, LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Media Experience, LLC is NOT liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages
Loss of income, data, or business opportunities
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
User-generated content
Platform downtime or interruptions
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vegas Media Experience, LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from:
Your use of the Platform
Your content, including AI-generated or automated content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
Any harm caused to other users, third parties, or organizations
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
17. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

SUBSCRIPTION & MONETIZATION TERMS
17.1 Plans & Pricing
The Platform may offer free and paid subscription plans
Pricing, features, and limits are subject to change at any time
Any changes will be communicated prior to billing
17.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at enrollment. By subscribing, you authorize Vegas Media Experience, LLC to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis.
17.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
17.4 No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. No refunds will be issued for:
Partial use of the Platform
Unused features
Account inactivity
17.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account. Continued payment failure may result in account termination.
18. Monetization
The Platform does not guarantee income, engagement, followers, or business success
Results vary based on user effort and market conditions
Users are solely responsible for taxes, income reporting, and legal compliance in their jurisdiction
19. AI & Automated Content Monetization
Users may use AI-generated content for business or monetization purposes. However:
Users are fully responsible for all AI-generated content
The Platform is not liable for copyright issues, misleading content, or financial outcomes
20. Third-Party Integrations
If users connect external platforms such as social media accounts:
Users are responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms
We are not responsible for account bans, content restrictions, or algorithm changes
21. Business Use Disclaimer
The Platform is a tool and not a business partner. We are not responsible for:
Business losses or marketing results
Customer acquisition outcomes
Reputation damage resulting from content

Errors or omissions in AI-generated content

Use of AI features is entirely at your own risk.
USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
You are solely responsible for all content that you create, upload, publish, or distribute on or through the Platform, including any content generated or posted using AI tools. You agree that:
You will review and approve all content before it is published
You will ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
All automated or AI-assisted content posted through your account is your responsibility as if you created it manually
You will not post or distribute content that is:
Illegal or defamatory
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Misleading or fraudulent
Harmful, abusive, or threatening
MODERATION RIGHTS
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to:
Monitor, review, remove, edit, or restrict any content
Suspend, limit, or terminate user accounts
Block or restrict access to any part of the Platform
Investigate suspected violations of these Terms

Enforcement
Violations may result in:

Account suspension or permanent ban
Reporting to law enforcement authorities
